About modification of Rules of clerical work in federal executive bodies

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of clerical work in federal executive bodies approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2009 N 477 (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 25, by the Art. 3060).

Changes which are made to Rules of clerical work in federal executive bodies

1. Add item 4 with paragraphs of the following content:

"electronic image of the document" - the electronic copy of the document made on paper;

"scanning of the document" - receipt of electronic image of the document;

"electronic document management system" - the information system providing collection of documents (inclusion of documents in system), their processing, management of documents and access to them;

"electronic document management" - document flow using information system.

Other concepts used in these rules correspond to the concepts determined in the legislation of the Russian Federation.".

2. Add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"8. Samples of forms and electronic templates of forms of documents of federal executive body affirm the head of this federal executive body.".
