About modification of Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport and urban land electric transportation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
Bring in the Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport and urban land electric transportation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2009 N 112 (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 9, the Art. 1102), the following changes:
a) add Item 47 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Personalized tickets are drawn up based on the identity document of the passenger in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (for children aged up to 14 years - certificates of birth).";
b) add Item 82 with the paragraph of the following content:
"If regular transportation is performed with use of personalized tickets, stipulated in Item 47 these rules, landing of passengers in the vehicle is performed in case of presentation to the controller of the personalized ticket, and also identity document of the passenger in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (for children aged up to 14 years - certificates of birth) based on which the personalized ticket was drawn up.".
