About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 1998 No. 136 and of May 21, 2009 No. 255

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 1998 No. 136 "About the Belarusian fund of financial support of entrepreneurs" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 8, Art. 191; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 43, 1/3612):

1.1.1. in subitem 2.4 of Item 2 of the word "provide to subjects of managing financial aid including on paid basis" shall be replaced with words "provide to small business entities financial resources on returnable paid or non-paid basis, property on the terms of finance lease (leasing), guarantee on soft credits, including the microcredits provided by banks of the Republic of Belarus";

1.1.2. in Regulations on the Belarusian fund of financial support of entrepreneurs approved by this Decree:

in Item 8:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"provides to small business entities financial resources on returnable paid or non-paid basis, property on the terms of finance lease (leasing), guarantee on soft credits, including the microcredits provided by banks of the Republic of Belarus;";
