About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 25, 2000 N 71-II "About licensing of separate types of activity" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 5-6, Art. 142; 2003, N 1, Art. 8; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 4, Art. 154, N 10, Art. 536) following changes and amendments:

1) in paragraph four of Article 3 of the word "renewals, suspensions, the terminations and cancellations of action of the license" shall be replaced with words "suspensions or cancellation of the license, and also its cancellation and renewal";

2) the first offer of Article 9 to state in the following edition:

"The state unitary enterprises and organizations created by decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having the right to perform the licensed types of activity without receipt of the corresponding license provided that implementation of these types of activity is provided by decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

"Notarized" to exclude 3) from the paragraph of third of part one of Article 14 of the word;

Part the second articles 15 after words "the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" to add 4) with the words "in cost limits of the licensing body for this consideration";

Part the sixth Article 16 to add 5) with the offer of the following content:

"The term specified in the notification on refusal in licensing shall be proportional to time necessary for remedial action";
