1.1. state Item 88 in the following edition:
"88. The trains intended for transportation of passengers share depending on movement speed on fast, high-speed, accelerated and passenger, from conditions of journey and the provided services – on regular, the increased comfort and corporate.
On sites of the rail lines determined by the Belarusian railroad, passengers can be transported by the trains created from cars of the improved characteristics with the increased service quality and range of services. Conditions of such transportations are established by rules of transportations of passengers and baggage.";
1.2. the fourth Item 90 to state part in the following edition:
"The lost (stolen) travel documents (tickets) do not renew, the money paid for them does not return. In the presence of sufficient information the damaged, broken off, burned, got damp travel documents (tickets) processed to the territories of the Republic of Belarus are subject to recovery in ticket offices of railway stations of the Belarusian railroad.";
1.3. the fifth Item 91 to state part in the following edition:
"Effective period of travel documents (tickets) in the intra republican message is established by rules of transportations of passengers and baggage.";
1.4. state Item 92 in the following edition:
"92. Execution of subscription tickets which procedure and conditions of registration are established by rules of transportations of passengers and baggage shall be made for travel by local trains, except execution of travel documents (tickets) for one trip.";
