About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Special account on the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations" of October 23, 2007 No. 509
For the purpose of assistance to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are in the territory of foreign states in cases of emergence of emergency situations, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Special account on the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations" of October 23, 2007 No. 509 the following amendments:
- The regulations on the Special account on the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations approved by the above-stated resolution:
add with paragraphs the thirteenth and fourteenth the following content:
"-financing of actions for assistance to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are located in zones of emergency situations abroad (outside the Kyrgyz Republic);
- rendering financial and other aid to the foreign state which was affected by emergency situations.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
