About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of joint activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part the seventh article 141 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, 144) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 18-22, in such edition:

"7. There cannot be contribution to joint activities property belonging to fixed assets of the companies of state-owned property which are not subject to privatization".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 46, the Art. 456):

1) in Article 5 part two:

exclude Item 17-1;

to state the subitem "m" of Item 18 in such edition:

"l) carrying out tenders on involvement of private investors for implementation of state and private partnership";

Paragraph two of part two of Article 13 to state 2) in such edition:

"In case of the conclusion of cooperation agreements the size of share of the state companies, organizations and organizations, and also economic societies in which authorized capital the share of the state exceeds 50 percent shall represent at least than 50 percent of common property of participants of joint activities".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
