Changes in Regulations on single procedure of veterinary control on customs border of the Customs union and on customs area of the Customs union, approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 317

1) Item 3.8. state in the following edition:
"3.8. Veterinary certificates when importing controlled goods to customs area of the Customs union shall be drawn up in Russian, and also in language of the exporting country and/or English";
2) Item 7.6. state in the following edition:
"7.6. The owner of controlled goods who got permission to transit across customs area of the Customs union of controlled goods shall observe the requirements specified in Items 7.1.-7.3. this Section.";
3) the second paragraph of Item 11.3 after the words "stern of plant origin" to add with words through comma "composite goods, gelatin".
