About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008

In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 3-6, of the Art. 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. To state the sanction of Article 265 in the following edition:

2. In Article 282:

add Article with parts (21) and (22) the following content:
"(21) Neregistration of products from precious metals and gemstones in register of movement of products from precious metals and gemstones in the procedure established by the Government
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 100 to 150 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 300 to 500 conventional units.

parts (3) and (to recognize 4) invalid;
in part (the words "Retail sale" to replace 5) with the word "Sale".
3. Add the code with Article 291-1 of the following content:
