About approval of the Regulations on the procedure of customs clearance at the place of residence

For the purpose of simplification of foreign trade and simplification of customs procedures when importing and premium commodity exportation of customs area of the Republic of Moldova, and also based on Articles 131 and 184 of the Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of customs clearance at the place of residence, according to appendix.

2. Management of customs control and customs appointments is authorized by the right of consideration of the applications about provision of access to the procedure of customs clearance at the place of residence, the right of coordinating and the direction of offers according to the procedure established by the Provision approved by this Order.

3. Shall appoint customs posts till 5.08.2011:

a) customs employees, representatives to control customs declarations on goods, it is customs drawn up at the place of residence, on the conditions established by the Provision approved by this Order;

b) divisions (control groups) for implementation of checks of the declared goods within the procedure of customs clearance at the place of residence.

4. Management of information technologies and customs statistics shall provide till 25.08.2011 introduction in IS "Asycuda World" of the necessary digital signature for the purpose of fulfillment of requirements of the Provision approved by this Order.
