Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2010 and the forecast for 2011-2012" (the Erkin Too newspaper of February 2, 2010 No. 7) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
regarding 1 figure "52 100 857,2", "65 666 052,1" and "5 046 923,2" to replace respectively with figures "51 474 670,9", "67 759 543,9" and "2 526 560,0";
regarding 2 figures "13 565 194,9" to replace with figures "16 284 873,0";
regarding 3 figures "13 565 194,9" to replace with figures "16 284 873,0".
2. Regarding 1 Article 5:
in the paragraph the second figures "6 299 282,"" to replace with figures "4 213 792,4";
figure in paragraph three of "13 291 374,8" to replace with figures "8 617 195,3".
3. In Article 7:
regarding 1 figure "450 000" to replace with figures "377 500,0";
add Article with part 2 following of content:
"Establish regulation of food of pupils of 1-4 classes of the comprehensive schools located in severe, adverse climatic conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones at the rate of 10 som a day on one pupil since September 1, 2010.".
4. In Article of the 11th figure "289,"" to replace the 219th with figures "259 228,8".
5. Regarding 1 Article of the 13th figure "4 112 635,6" to replace with figures "4 062 182,8".
6. Regarding 1 article 14 of figure "820 081,7" to replace with figures "947 481,7".
7. Add Article 15 with part of the following content:
"To provide to the city halls of the cities of Bishkek, Osh and Naryn return to the republican budget of unused housing subsidies in connection with cancellation of increase in electricity tariffs.".
8. Add the law with Article 19-1 of the following content:
