About approval of the Regulations on the organization of settlings of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic with organizations of banks of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of settlement of relations of system of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the organization of settlings of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic with organizations of banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. When servicing budget payments of public authorities and local self-government it is strict to Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic to be guided by the Provision specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of financial and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
