About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of debt for electrical energy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the actions aimed at providing permanent functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 33, Art. 430; 2010, No. 4, Art. 36; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of January 13, 2011 No. 2940-VI):

1) in Article 1:

add Item 1.4 with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) is debt of the state companies, including that which were state as of January 1, 2011, according to the obligations on payment of electrical energy in the amount of as of July 1, 2011 which are outstanding on the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of debt for electrical energy";

add Item 1.8 with words and figures "and for the state companies, including those which were state as of January 1, 2011, according to obligations on payment of electrical energy - on July 1, 2011";

2) in Item 9.1 of Article 9:

add subitem 9.1.1 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) debts of the state companies, including those which were state as of January 1, 2011, according to the obligations on payment of electrical energy in the amount of as of July 1, 2011 which are outstanding on the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of debt for electrical energy";

to add the subitem "an" of subitem 9.1.2 with the paragraph of the following content:
