About modification and amendments in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 5:
in paragraph eleven of the word "cities of Bishkek" shall be replaced with words "cities of Bishkek and Osh";
the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

4. State Article 161 in the following edition:
"Article 161. Investigation authorities
The investigation of criminal cases is held according to the competence determined by this Code investigators of bodies of prosecutor's office, internal affairs, homeland security, on control of drugs, criminal executive system, financial police and customs authorities.".
5. In Article 163:
