About entering of amendments into the Water code of the Republic of Tajikistan

2. In Article 31:
- to add part 3 after the word "public" with the words "and users of renewable energy resources which make up to 30000 kW/hour of electrical energy";
- the paragraph one of part 4 after the word of "forestry" to add with words ", and also use of water for production of electrical energy in amount up to 30000 kW/hour".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
