About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About technical regulation"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 19, 2009 "About technical regulation" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, the Art. 329) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 5:
- to state the paragraph of the seventh part 1 in the following edition:
"-elimination of technical barriers in trade.";
- add part 2 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"-proportionality and nondiscriminations in international trade.".
2. In part 7 of Article 13 "impossible" shall be replaced with words the word "inefficient or improper", to exclude the words "or if the Republic of Tajikistan according to the established procedures opposed adoption of international standards or their separate provisions".
3. Regarding the 2nd Article 17 of the word of "technical regulations" shall be replaced with words "the harmonized documents".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
