About approval of Changes in Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners
According to Articles 15, 55 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Chapter 5 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of fulfillment of requirements of the Civil code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 3024-VI "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of activities of banks", the Law of Ukraine of 03.02.2011 No. 2994-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" concerning enhancement of the mechanism of activities of joint-stock companies" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 27.06.2008 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 12.09.2008 for No. 845/15536, which are applied.
2. (Novikov V. V.) to provide to department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.), Legal department this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
