About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to needy families" concerning refining of separate provisions
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. The paragraph third parts three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to needy families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 35, Art. 290; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 15, 2011 No. 3133-VI) after the words "on day form of education in" to add with the word of "general education".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from day of the introduction in operation of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law and adoption of the relevant acts following from this Law.
