About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions
Based on Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 8/15268; 2008, No. 304, 8/19998; 2009, No. 96, 8/20792; 2011, No. 55, 8/23626), following changes and amendment:
1.1. from part two of Item 1 of the word "The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2005 No. 220 "About some measures for simplification of procedure for making of notarial actions" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 74, 1/6438)", to exclude;
1.2. in the paragraph the second "The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2005 No. 220 "About some measures for simplification of procedure for making of notarial actions" shall be replaced with words parts two of subitem 29.4 of Item 29 of the word "article 531 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About notariate and notarial activities";
1.3. add Item 47 with part four of the following content:
"If on behalf of the legal entity the agreement is signed by the representative by proxy who is the worker of this legal entity, the number, month, year of birth, nationality and the residential address of this citizen in the text of the agreement can not be specified, in this case the listed data are reflected in the register for registration of notarial actions.";
