About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 371) the following changes:
1. In all text of the Law of the word "international agreements of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different case forms to replace respectively with the words "the international agreements which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic" and "the international agreements which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic", in the corresponding cases.
2. In all text of the Law of the word "international treaty" in different case and numerical forms shall be replaced with words "the international treaty which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic" in the corresponding cases and numbers, except for words of "this international treaty" regarding 3rd Article 5-1.
3. In all text of the Law of the word "Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "State Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on Migration and Employment" in different case forms to replace respectively with the words "authorized state body in the field of foreign policy activities" and "authorized state body in the field of migration" in the corresponding cases.
4. In all text of the Law of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "law-enforcement bodies" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of registration of the population" in the corresponding cases.
5. Third Article 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
