Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external labor migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 1, the Art. 6) the following change:
regarding 3rd Article 8 of the word "law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of registration of the population and its territorial authorities".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
