According to the Laws of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" and of 22.12.2010 No. 2850-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather authorized capital", for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out the tenders on sale of shares (share, shares) belonging to the state in property of legal entities, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 05.10.2005 No. 2694, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.10.2005 for No. 1305/11585, such changes:
in the text of the Procedure for the word "authorized capital" and "open joint stock company" in all cases shall be replaced with words "authorized capital" and "public joint stock company" in the corresponding cases.
2. Abroad in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of investment projects and property submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund according to distribution of functional obligations.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
