About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About agreements on distribution of products" rather state guarantees

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About agreements on distribution of products" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 44, Art. 391; 2011, No. 6, Art. 47) following changes:

1. The fourth articles 6 after the words "with the winner of tender" to add part with the words "taking into account conditions of tender and the bid of the winner".

2. In Article 7:

the fifteenth parts one to exclude the paragraph;

in part four of the word "three months" shall be replaced with words "one month";

the first offer of part twelve to add with the words "and taking into account conditions of tender and the bid of the winner".

3. To include part one of the following content in Article 27:

"1. The state guarantees that the legislation existing at the time of agreement signature except the legislation which reduces the amount of taxes or charges or cancels them will be applied to the rights and the investor's obligations determined by the agreement on distribution of products during the term of its action, simplifies regulation of economic activity concerning search, exploration and production of minerals, weakens procedures of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity, in particular procedures customs, currency, tax and other types of the state control, or mitigates responsibility of the investor which shall be applied from the effective date by such legislation. Guarantees concerning stability of regulations of the legislation do not extend to changes of the legislation which concern questions of defense, homeland security, ensuring public order and environmental protection".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
