About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the beginnings of functioning of the natural gas market"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the beginnings of functioning of the natural gas market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 48, the Art. 566) such changes:

Item 25 of Article 1 to state 1) in such edition:

"25) commodity natural gas - the extracted natural gas, except for amounts of the actual losses and production and technological expenses of natural gas during its production, preparation for transportation which shall not exceed the established normative amounts, and also amounts which are used for ensuring own requirements of the gas companies, in particular production requirements of production facilities, preparation and transportation of natural gas, oil and gas condensate (technological workshops of workover, special motor transport, repair shops, administrative constructions), production of heat for heating of objects which are considered on balance of such companies, and amounts of natural gas which use on objects of the gas companies for production of products oil and gas processing";

Article 10 to add 2) with part six of such content:

"6. The subject authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine its affiliated enterprises have the right to export commodity natural gas in the amount determined by the balance year balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas in Ukraine to forming of natural gas resource which is used for requirements of the population and, according to the procedure, established by the central executive body concerning ensuring realization of state policy in oil and gas complex".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
