Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 N 2124-I "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 7, Art. 300; Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 27, Art. 2708; 2005, N 30, Art. 3104; 2011, N 25, Art. 3535) following changes:
Article 25 to add 1) with part six of the following content:
"The distribution of products of mass media performed with violation of the requirements established by the Federal Law of December 29, 2010 N 436-FZ "About protection of children from information doing harm to their health and development" can be stopped by court based on the statement of the federal executive body exercising the state supervision and control of compliance with law of the Russian Federation about protection of children from information doing harm to their health and (or) development. At the same time distribution of the specified products can be suspended by court for the purpose of need of providing the claim provided by this part.";
2) in Article 27:
a) add part one with Item 9 of the following content:
"9) sign of information products in the cases provided by the Federal Law of December 29, 2010 N 436-FZ "About protection of children from information doing harm to their health and development".";
