About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of responsibility for pollution of the woods
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) such changes:
1. To state paragraph two of Article 72 in such edition:
"involves imposing of penalty on citizens from ten to thirty free minima income of citizens and on officials - from thirty to fifty free minima income of citizens".
2. To state paragraph two of Article 73 } in such edition:
"involves imposing of penalty on citizens from five to ten free minima income of citizens and on officials - from ten to twenty free minima income of citizens".
3. In Article part three 241, to exclude parts three of Article 242-1, of part one of article 258 of figure "73".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law to bring the normative legal acts into accord with this Law.
