Part the seventh articles 2 after the words "in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation, on" to add 1) with the words "implementation of specific scientific, scientific and technical programs and projects, innovative projects";
To add 2) in Item 2 of article 13 after the words "sent to federal" with the word "state", "scientific and (or) scientific and technical" shall be replaced with words words "scientific, scientific and technical, innovative";
Article 15 to state 3) in the following edition:
"Article 15. Financial provision of scientific, scientific and technical, innovative activities
1. Financial provision of scientific, scientific and technical, innovative activities is based on its target orientation and plurality of sources of financing and can be performed by the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, and also physical persons and legal entities by the methods which are not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation.
