Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 26, 1995 N 208-FZ "About joint-stock companies" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 1, Art. 1; 2001, N 33, Art. 3423; 2006, N 31, Art. 3445; 2009, N 52, Art. 6428) following changes:

Paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 30 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. In the notification on reduction of the authorized capital of society are specified:";

Item 3 of Article 35 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Net assets value of society (except for credit institutions) is determined by accounting data according to the procedure, established by the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body.

For credit institution instead of net assets value the size of own means (capital) determined according to the procedure, established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation is calculated.

Society shall provide to any interested person information access about the cost of its net assets determined according to this Article, according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2 articles 91 of this Federal Law."

Bring in the Federal Law of February 8, 1998 N 14-FZ "About limited liability companies" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 7, Art. 785; 2009, N 1, Art. 20) following changes:
