About introduction of amendments to articles 13 and 14 of the Federal law "About Assistance to Development of Housing Construction" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2008 N 161-FZ "About assistance to development of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 30, Art. 3617; N 49, of Art. 5723; 2009, N 52, Art. 6419; 2010, N 30, Art. 3997) following changes:
1) in Article 13:
a) in paragraph one of part 1 of the word "three years" shall be replaced with words "one year for the purpose of housing construction and one and a half years for the purpose of creation and placement of objects, stipulated in Item 7.1 these parts,";
b) add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. When holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of lease agreements of the parcels of land specified regarding 1 this Article for housing construction, including for their complex development for the purpose of housing construction, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to establish the requirements specified regarding 1 article 16.1 of this Federal Law.";
"Three years from acceptance date interdepartmental collegiate organ of the decision, stipulated in Item 1 part 1 of Article 12" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 1 of part 6 of Article 14 of the word "the term specified in paragraph one of part 1 of Article 13".
