Determine that the citizens who arrived to the region of the Far North and those categorized as such of the area no later than January 1, 1992 having the general duration of length of service in the region of the Far North and areas equated to them at least fifteen calendar years which do not have other premises in the territory of the Russian Federation outside the region of the Far North and the areas equated to them or needing improvement of housing conditions and not receiving subsidies for these purposes have the right to housing subsidies. Such right remains for citizens who according to earlier existing legislation acquired it in the presence of length of service in the specified areas and areas at least ten calendar years and stayed at the place of residence on the registry as the housing conditions needing improvement.
