About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of the markets of financial services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, N 51, Art. 292; 2002, N 29, Art. 194; 2005, N 42, Art. 466; 2006, N 13, Art. 110, N 16, Art. 134, N 31, Art. 268; 2008, N 50-51, Art. 384; 2009, N 23, Art. 278; 2010, N 29, Art. 392; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of April 21, 2011 No. 3267-VI) to add with Items 37-3 and 37-4 of the following content:

"37-3) approves according to the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" in the procedure for acquisition by legal entity or physical person of essential participation in the professional participant of the stock market or increase established by it it in such a way that the specified person will own or control directly or mediately 10, 25, 50 and 75 percent of the authorized (share) capital of such participant or voting power of the acquired shares (shares) in governing bodies of the professional participant of the stock market;

37-4) establishes requirements and develops and approves standards of corporate management in professional participants of the stock market, and also exercises control of their observance".

2. Article 49 of the Law of Ukraine "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles" (2005, N 1, the Art. 1) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 49.3 of the following content:

"49.3. For implementation of intermediary activities for compulsory insurance of civil responsibility insurance agents shall be registered in the Motor (transport) insurance bureau of Ukraine according to the procedure established by Authorized body on representation of Motor (transport) insurance bureau of Ukraine".
