About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning bonds

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Item 2 parts one of Article 195 of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, NN 40-44, of the Art. 356) after the word "means" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "transfer goods or provide services".

2. In the first offer of part three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About investing activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, N 47, Art. 646; 2006, N 13, Art. 110; 2010, N 34, the Art. 486) words "release of target bonds, accomplishment of obligations on which is provided with unit of such real estate according to the legislation", shall be replaced with words "issues of target bonds of the companies, accomplishment of obligations on which is performed by transfer of object (part of object) of housing construction".

3. Part one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, N 51, Art. 292; 2009, N 23, Art. 278; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 21, 2011 N 3267-VI and of April 22, 2011 N 3306-VI) after the paragraph of the thirty ninth to add with four new paragraphs of the following content:

"13) failure to carry out of conditions of the prospectus of the issue of securities registered in accordance with the established procedure

at the rate to one thousand free minima of the income of citizens.

For the same actions made repeatedly within year

at the rate from one thousand to five thousand free minima of the income of citizens".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the fortieth - to consider the forty second respectively paragraphs the forty fourth - the forty sixth.
