Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision to physical persons and legal entities of powers on the representation of interests of the Republic of Belarus concerning investment attraction to the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 6, 2009 No. 1448 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 276, 5/30736), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in subitem 2.1 of Item 2 to replace the word of "industries" with the word of "spheres";
1.2. third to exclude part from item 4;
1.3. add the Provision with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. Responsible for preparation of the decision of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the conclusion on a grant basis of the agreement on representation of interests of the Republic of Belarus concerning investment attraction to the Republic of Belarus (further – the agreement) it is defined:
state body – in case of representation of interests of the Republic of Belarus on investment attraction to the respective sphere of economy;
executive committee – in case of representation of interests of the Republic of Belarus on investment attraction to the respective area Minsk);
other state body or executive committee determined based on protocols of meetings (meetings) with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus and his deputies, and also their instructions and orders.";
