1) in Article 19:
a) in the name of the word "Laying and Reorganization of Engineering Communications" shall be replaced with words "Laying, reorganization, transfer of engineering communications, their operation";
b) regarding 1 word "Laying and Reorganization of Engineering Communications" shall be replaced with words "Laying, reorganization, transfer of engineering communications, their operation", "parts 2 and 3" shall be replaced with words words "parts 2 - 3";
c) in part 2 after the word "Laying" to add with the word", transfer", shall be replaced with words words of "communications in borders" "communications, their operation in borders", "is performed" to replace the word with the word "are performed", after the words "for laying" to add with the word", transfer", to add with the offer of the following content: "The technical requirements and conditions which are subject to obligatory execution by owners of such engineering communications in case of their laying, transfer, reorganization, operation shall be provided in the specified agreement.";
d) to add part 2.1 after the word "laying" with the word", transfer";
