1. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2009 No. 1729 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out purchase of medicines, preventive (immunobiological, diagnostic, disinfecting) medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment, pharmaceutical services in rendering the guaranteed amount of free medical care" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 47-48, of the Art. 444):
in Rules of the organization and carrying out purchase of medicines, preventive (immunobiological, diagnostic, disinfecting) medicines, the products of medical appointment and medical equipment, pharmaceutical services in rendering the guaranteed amount of free medical care approved by the specified resolution:

"88-1.
