1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 1995 No. 514 "Questions of forced treatment of the persons having alcoholism, drug addiction or toxicomania, evading from voluntary treatment, and their medico-social resettlement";

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 1997 No. 906 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 1995 No. 514";

3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 1996 No. 665 "About measures for rendering public, medical and other assistance to persons which are not taking certain residence, documents".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
