in Rules of wholesale and retail sale of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment, the approved specified order:
add with Item 16-1 of the following content:
"16-1. Not for sale in the territories of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation wholesale of the import pharmaceutical products which arrived to the Republic of Kazakhstan from the third countries at the rates of the customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union is enabled.".
2. To committee of control of medical and pharmaceutical activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Beysen N. E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
