LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

about modification and amendments in article 1 of the Law on the state dactyloscopic registration No. 1549-XV of December 19, 2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Ct.I. – In article 1 of the Law on the state dactyloscopic registration No. 1549-XV of December 19, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 14-17, of the Art. 51), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:

consider the single part part (1);

add Article with part (2) the following content:

"(2) Operation of this law does not extend to the relations arising in case of collection of dactyloscopic information during registration and issue of the identification documents containing biometric data.".

CT.II. – To the government to establish procedure for collection, storage and use of the dactyloscopic information obtained during registration and issue of the identification documents containing biometric data in a month.
