About introduction of amendments to the order of the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning enhancement of the civil legislation" I ORDER:
1. Make changes to the order of the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
2. To department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Amankabzhan A. A.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent publication in mass media.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
