Some questions of activities of the Public registration service
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 1085:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny justice departments before completion of forming of structural divisions of the territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice providing realization of powers of the Public registration service perform functions on realization of state policy in spheres of state registration (legalization) of associations of citizens, other public forming, and also state registration of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities.
