About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011"

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 52; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 7, 2011 No. 3220-VI and No. 3222-VI of April 21, 2011 No. 3291-VI, of May 12, 2011 No. 3315-VI and No. 3331-VI the following changes:

1. State Article 1 in such edition:

Determine the income of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011 in the amount of 299.119.703, 7 thousand hryvnias, including the income of the general fund of the Government budget of Ukraine - in the amount of 253.136.217, 2 thousand hryvnias and the income of special fund of the Government budget of Ukraine - in the amount of 45.983.486, 5 thousand hryvnias, according to appendix No. 1 to this Law.

Approve expenses of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011 in the amount of 337.561.809 thousand hryvnias, including expenses of the general fund of the Government budget of Ukraine - in the amount of 291.402.278, 5 thousand hryvnias and expenses of special fund of the Government budget of Ukraine - in the amount of 46.159.530, 5 thousand hryvnias.

Approve for 2011:

return of the credits to the Government budget of Ukraine in the amount of 10.199.266, thousand hryvnias, including return of the credits to the general fund of the Government budget of Ukrainyv to the amount of 5.511.396, 7 thousand hryvnias and return of the credits to special fund of the Government budget of Ukraine - in the amount of 4.687.869, 6 thousand hryvnias;

loan granting from the Government budget of Ukraine in the amount of 7.100.161 thousand hryvnias, including loan granting, from the general fund of the Government budget of Ukraine - in the amount of 589.763, 3 thousand hryvnias and loan granting from special fund of the Government budget of Ukraine - in the amount of 6.510.397, 7 thousand hryvnias.
