About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for fixing of premises to orphan children and children without parental support
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for fixing of premises to orphan children and children without parental support approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2006 No. 1728 "About approval of regulations and on modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning ensuring the state protection of children, without parental support" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 4, 5/24440; 2008, No. 6, 5/26438), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 1:
to exclude words of "Item 1";
words", premises (part of premises in the form of the certain room) the state and private housing stock, owners or employers of which are their parents (further - fixing of premises)" shall be replaced with words "(further - children), premises, including the living room, preserving the fixed premises behind persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, and also cancellation of decisions on fixing of premises";
1.2. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Premises of the state and private housing stock are subject to fixing to children, employers or owners of which are their parents (the single parent) and in which at the time of loss of care of parents (the single parent) children were registered at the place of residence or lived without registration at the place of residence.
The premises of social use, office premises, special premises, premises of special office housing stock, premises belonging to legal entities of non-state pattern of ownership, premises of private housing stock in which parents (the single parent) lived according to employment contracts, premises in hostels, and also the premises recognized in the procedure established by the legislation unsuitable for accommodation are not subject to fixing to children.";
