About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2006 No. 460

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2006 No. 460 "About measures of state regulation of import and export of specific goods (works, services)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 113, 1/7769; 2008, No. 5, 1/9293; No. 291, 1/10280) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 2:

1.1.1. the ninth subitem 2.1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"goods (works, services) controlled for the benefit of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus (further - controlled goods (works, services);";

1.1.2. state subitem 2.2 in the following edition:

"2.2. lists of specific goods (works, services) specified in subitem 2.1 of this Item affirm the State military-industrial committee together with the State Customs Committee and are applied to determination of need of receipt of the corresponding licenses or other allowing documents provided in subitem 2.8 of this Item for import and export of specific goods (works, services), and also to submission of these licenses or other allowing documents to customs authorities in the cases established by the customs legislation. The list of controlled goods (works, services) is subject to approval of Committee for State Security;";

1.1.3. in subitem 2.3:

in word part one to "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words to "the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union";

third to state the paragraph to part three in the following edition:

"Committee for State Security, other state bodies (organizations) within their competence - as controlled goods (works, services);";
