1. Approve enclosed:
1) Rules of customs clearance of goods in customs regime of free customs zone;
2) Rules of customs control and customs clearance of the goods placed under customs regime of free warehouse;
3) Rules of customs clearance of products of conversion in case of completion of customs regimes of conversion of goods on/out of customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To legal support division of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ansarova I. Y.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the press service of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Konlybayeva A. A.) provide publication of this order in mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdishev B. T.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
