Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About religious liberty and the religious organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 10, the Art. 1110) the following amendment:
add Article 21 with part of 1-1 following content:
"1-1. The organization and responsibility for pilgrimage (hajj, umra) of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to the holy sites which are in the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are assigned to the Spiritual management of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan registered according to the procedure, established by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
