About modification and recognition voided some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 4 of the Law on the status of the deputy of Parliament No. 39-XIII of April 7, 1994 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 59-61, of the Art. 201), with subsequent changes, the words "appointed in the central state bodies" shall be replaced with words "given Parliament authority for execution of the temporary order in the central state bodies,", and words of "the mission assigned to them" – words of "this order".

Art. II. – Recognize invalid:

The law No. 44-XVIII of October 20, 2009 on introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Law on the status of the deputy of Parliament No. 39-XIII of April 7, 1994 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 157, the Art. 444);

The resolution of Parliament on combination of separate positions with the mandate of the deputy of Parliament No. 47-XVIII of October 22, 2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 158, the Art. 460).
