About financial improvement of the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant Production Association of O. M. Makarov"
This Law is directed to creation of conditions for stabilization of production in the field of rocket production and ensuring accomplishment by Ukraine of the obligations provided by international treaties of Ukraine concerning space activities.
Article 1. Restructure debt of the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant Production Association of O. M. Makarov" (further - the company) before the state on the loan attracted on February 2, 2004 in the Colvis Finance Limited company (Great Britain) under the state guarantee, with the following provisions:
the company settles the outstanding amount which is not paid as of January 1, 2021 before the state quarterly equal parts within 10 years, since 2025, agrees to the development plan for the company approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. On outstanding amount percent are not charged. The percent added on outstanding amount on the date of adoption of this law are paid according to the procedure, provided for debt repayment. The penalties added on the date of adoption of this Law are written off.
Article 2. Determine that the state support in type of compensation of loan interest rates which were received by the company for accomplishment of the obligations within implementation of international treaties of Ukraine, at the expense of the means provided in the law on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year is provided to the company.
Article 2-1. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, since 2017, the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant production association of A. M. Makarov" with state orders, including the state defense orders, proceeding from opportunities of the government budget.
Article 3. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
