About adjustment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning phosphates

The commission of the Customs union solved:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (Appendix No. 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130) on calcium phosphates natural, phosphates aluminum-calcium natural and chalk phosphatic, ground (FEACN CU code 2510 20 000 0) in the amount of 0 (zero) percent from customs value of 31 December of 2011 inclusive.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
