About introduction of temporary ban on export regenerated paper or cardboard from the territory of the Republic of Belarus
According to article 8 of the Agreement on procedure for introduction and application of the measures affecting foreign trade in goods on single customs area concerning the third countries of June 9, 2009 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish from July 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012 export ban regenerated paper or cardboard (waste paper and waste) (code 4707 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union) from the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure:
notify the Commission of the Customs union on introduction of this resolution of prohibition specified in Item 1;
submit the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this resolution, other state members of the Customs union for consideration of the Commission of the Customs union.
