About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 270 and of March 1, 2010 No. 101

For the purpose of additional stimulation of development of roadside service on republican highways, I decide ensuring effective use of transit opportunities of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 270 "About measures for development of roadside service" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 120, 1/9701; 2009, No. 27, 1/10432) following changes:

1.1. to it to state Item 1 and the interlinear note in the following edition:

"1. Determine that:

1.1. the parcels of land provided for construction of facilities of roadside service * and engineering infrastructure to them, during the period of carrying out project works and performed within the normative terms determined in the project documentation, construction works and also the parcels of land occupied with objects of roadside service within two years after input of such objects in operation are exempted from the land tax;

1.2. are exempted from obligatory contributions to the innovative funds formed according to the legislation, the organizations which are carrying out construction works on construction of facilities of roadside service and engineering infrastructure to them, regarding cost of the specified construction works;

1.3. construction of facilities of roadside service and engineering infrastructure to them is performed without compensation of the losses of agricultural and (or) forestry and landscape production caused by withdrawal of farmlands and lands of forest fund for the purposes which are not connected with maintaining rural and forestry.
